Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of door-to-door or field sales experience.
- 100% commission-based compensation.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Laptop or tablet preferred.
- Hunger, drive, and a competitive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners and present premium roofing and storm restoration solutions.
- Guide families through the insurance restoration process with confidence and care.
- Conduct exterior inspections and document roof, siding, and gutter conditions.
- Work your own leads AND receive company-provided appointments to keep your pipeline full.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth delivery from sale to installation.
