Velaz Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Manager to lead a door-to-door roofing sales team in New Jersey. You will recruit, train, and coach reps to exceed weekly and monthly targets while maintaining high standards of safety and integrity.

You’ll drive strategy, monitor key metrics, collaborate with marketing and operations, and coach your team daily to maximize close rates and commissions from uncapped opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of solar D2D sales experience.
• Proven leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of D2D roofing sales reps.
