Lattitude is hiring a full-time Sales Associate in the Philadelphia area to support roofing and home remodeling services. This role offers hands-on training and a clear path toward senior sales and leadership opportunities.

You'll build relationships with homeowners, guide them from initial consultation to project kickoff, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, customer service, construction, solar, or home improvement is a plus (not required).
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners during set appointments to explain roofing and remodeling services and assess project needs
• Guide customers through the process from initial consultation to project kickoff
• Build trust and deliver a top-tier customer experience throughout the project lifecycle
• Collect and manage customer information accurately within our CRM
• Answer questions around materials, timelines, and project expectations
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best roofing or remodeling solutions
• Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Attend weekly trainings and sales meetings to sharpen your skills
