Job summary

WTI seeks a Quality Support Specialist to educate technicians on product use, provide installation training on and off the roof, and oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish. The role includes on-site visits, inspections, and safety audits to ensure quality workmanship.

The position requires strong roofing/building science knowledge, field leadership experience, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel is required regionally and nationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or building science preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in field service roles.
• Proficient with MS Office and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate technicians on product use and installation.
• Provide hands-on training and supervision of roof coatings and installations.
• Perform pre-project, start-up, and post-completion inspections.
• Create written reports, safety audits, and project documentation.
• Travel within territory and nationally as needed.
