Job summary

Tremco seeks a Quality Support Specialist to educate WTI personnel on proper product use, provide installation training, and oversee large self‑performed roofing projects from start to finish. You will conduct on‑site inspections, safety audits, and regular job‑site visits to ensure quality nationwide.

The role requires hands‑on training, strong technical knowledge of coatings, and the ability to travel within the assigned region and beyond as needed.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 training or equivalent is required.
• Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in field service leadership is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper execution and delivery of all self‑performed roofing work.
• Provide technical and application training in field and shop settings.
• Hands‑on training and supervision of roof coatings and installation.
• Attend pre‑con meetings; visit startups; perform inspections and provide direction.
• Conduct safety audits and coordinate with the safety team.
• Complete daily and weekly reports and warranty review tasks.
• Travel predominantly within territory and nationally when needed.
