RPM SPG in Cincinnati is seeking a Quality Support Specialist to educate WTI personnel on proper product usage and installation, and to oversee large self-performed roofing projects from start to finish.

The role requires frequent job-site visits, hands-on training, pre-project and post-project inspections, and written reporting. Travel within the region and nationwide is expected to support safe, compliant roof work and product application.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 training required.
• Strong roofing or building science knowledge.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in a field-service leadership role.

Responsabilités

• Educate personnel on proper product use and installation.
• Lead on-site and shop training sessions for roof coatings.
• Attend pre-construction conferences and project start-ups.
• Perform project inspections and post-completion reviews to ensure quality.
• Provide written reports and safety/compliance documentation.
