Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Quality Support Specialist to educate WTI personnel on product use and to provide installation training on roofs across the United States. You will oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conduct scheduled site visits, inspections, and safety audits, and drive consistent quality nationwide.

The role requires strong roofing/mechanical aptitude, leadership experience in field service, and proficiency with MS Office and internal systems.

Qualifications

Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
Prior experience in a field service leadership role.
Practical computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and learning internal systems).
In-depth technical understanding and extensive hands-on knowledge of product applications. Intimate knowledge of Tremco product line.

Responsibilities

Educate personnel on proper use and application of Tremco products; provide installation training.
Oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish with inspections.
Conduct regular job site visits during and after projects; perform pre-final and final inspections as needed.
Attend pre-con on large projects and participate in start-up discussions; address scope and provide corrective directions.
