Job summary

The Quality Support Specialist at Tremco educates WTI personnel on proper use and application of Tremco products. You will provide installation training both in the field and in shop settings and oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, with regular site visits to ensure quality and zero punch lists.

Ideal candidates have strong roofing knowledge, field service leadership experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to travel nationally.

Qualifications

• Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in a field service leadership role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and internal business systems.
• In-depth product knowledge of Tremco products is preferred.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of independence and ability to multitask.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Educate WTI personnel on proper use and application of products and provide installation training.
• Oversee large self-performed roofing projects from start to finish and inspect progress and outcomes.
• Visit job sites regularly during projects and perform pre-final and final inspections as needed.
• Conduct pre-project field inspections and provide technical support including peel tests, product testing, and recommendations.
• Perform post-project inspections to ensure quality workmanship and proper material use.
• Provide on-site safety audits and coordinate with the safety team.
