Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Quality Support Specialist to educate WTI personnel on proper product use and applications, and to provide installation training on and off the roof.

You will oversee large self-performed projects from start to finish, conduct inspections, and perform post-completion reviews to ensure nationwide consistency in roof repairs and product application. The role requires hands-on training, field visits, and on-site safety audits, with travel across territories and

Qualifications

• Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
• Experience in a field service leadership role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internal business systems.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of product applications and an intimate knowledge of Tremco products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee self-performed roofing projects from start to finish.
• Provide installation training in field and shop settings.
• Conduct pre-cons, site visits, and post-completion inspections.
• Prepare written reports, safety audits, and project documentation.
• Travel predominantly within assigned territory and nationally when needed.
