Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking a Quality Support Specialist to educate WTI personnel on product use and application, and to oversee large self-performed roofing projects from start to finish. This role includes on-site training, regular site visits, and post-project inspections to ensure consistent quality nationwide.

The successful candidate will have strong roofing or building science aptitude, field service leadership experience, and advanced computer skills.

Qualifications

• Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
• Prior experience in field service leadership and supervision.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Intimate knowledge of Tremco product lines and applications.
• Autonomous, self-motivated with ability to manage high independence.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate personnel on product use and installation techniques.
• Lead training sessions in field and shop settings.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and post-project reviews.
• Attend pre-cons on large projects and participate in start-up discussions.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations on projects.
• Prepare written reports and photo documentation of inspections.
• Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with safety team.
• Travel predominately within territory and nationally when required.
