Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of roofing projects. You will manage materials, timelines, and communications, working closely with vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors to keep everything on track.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive problem-solving, and coordinating across teams. Base salary includes bonus potential, with strong benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to keep projects on track and on budget.
• Effective written and verbal communication across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material take-offs and procurement timelines to support on-time project delivery.
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan or similar PM tools to track milestones.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and external vendors/subcontractors.
• Support project managers in issue resolution and staying on schedule.
• Assist the sales team with post-sale coordination and documentation.
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date project records and reports for leadership.
• Monitor progress, resolve discrepancies, and uphold quality standards.
• Generate regular status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
