Job summary

Nations Roof is seeking a Superintendent in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to lead field operations, oversee foremen and subcontractors, and ensure safe, high-quality project completion. Responsibilities include coordinating crews, managing schedules, tracking progress, and maintaining client relations on site.

The role requires hands-on commercial roofing experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel between job sites in Texas and nearby states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (installation, foreman, or superintendent).
• Experience supervising inhouse and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to foremen, field staff, and subcontractors to ensure safety, productivity, and quality.
• Manage day-to-day field operations, scheduling, and production to meet project goals.
• Track labor hours, material usage, and production against targets; report variances promptly.
• Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and office staff for smooth field-office communication.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for customers and provide timely updates and issue resolution.
• Support project managers with take-offs, estimating, and document control.
