The role involves managing multiple projects, collaborating with team members, and ensuring durability and efficiency in operations. Candidates must have 2+ years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of construction documents, and the ability to maintain professional relationships. Additionally, candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to train and mentor new team members.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Assistant Project Manager role or similar in commercial construction.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to work in the US.
• OSHA 30 certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects including scheduling, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee Project Coordinator and Superintendents on assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain client and vendor relationships.

Skills

Bilingual (preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to read construction documents

Problem-solving skills

Effective team interaction

Education

4-year degree in construction or relevant field

5+ years of construction experience, including commercial roofing
