Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in roofing production or construction management.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and monitors the production process.
• Ensure crew supervisors manage crew: submit crew paperwork, approve crew’s invoices, and provide crew supplies.
• Ensuring safety guidelines are provided to the crew and educating crew on guidelines.
• Manages quality control, ensures compliance, and schedules final inspections.
• Manage job, material, and labor pricing updates in Company CRM.
• Hire, supervise, and motivate all department employees and crews.
• Reviewing the performance of subordinates.
• Track competencies and provide leadership and development as required.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
