Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in roofing production or construction management.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to create and manage production budgets.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the production process.
• Ensure crew supervisors manage crew paperwork, approve invoices, and provide crew supplies (e.g., t-shirts, signage).
• Provide safety guidelines to the crew and educate on guidelines.
• Manage quality control, ensure compliance, and schedule final inspections.
• Manage job, material, and labor pricing updates in Company CRM.
• Hire, supervise, and motivate all department employees and crews.
• Review the performance of subordinates.
• Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required.
• Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
