Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing.
• Solid understanding of roofing systems and construction workflows.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish — creating job packets, buying out materials, scheduling labor, and keeping everything on track.
• Work closely with our construction managers and field crews.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers so the team always has what they need.
• Prepare change orders and manage warranty callbacks.
• Track job costs and performance to help us keep getting better.
• Lead process improvements to make operations run smoother.
