Job summary

Jobot seeks a Project Manager to run day-to-day operations on large reroof/service projects in Texas. This role offers a path to Senior Project Manager while focusing on commercial roofing and waterproofing initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in construction or project management, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction or project management experience.
• Experience in commercial roofing or waterproofing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of commercial roofing projects from start-up through closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, vendors, materials, and procurement.
• Review drawings, scopes of work, submittals, and contract requirements.
• Assist with change orders, project documentation, and financial tracking.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress.
• Work closely with field operations, estimating, customers, and subcontractors.
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and project partners.
