Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an energetic sales professional to convert pre-qualified homeowner appointments into roofing installations. You will conduct consultations, present products, provide same-day estimates, and close sales.

This is a 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings and strong bonuses. You will train for 3 weeks and receive full benefits, a cell phone allowance, and an iPad. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged.
• Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners and close sales.
• Conduct roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates.
• Partner with Sales Manager for coaching and ongoing skill development.
