Job summary

TIMEPROOFUSA is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, run pre-set in-home consultations, and close projects on-site with homeowners.

You’ll receive 100% commission with uncapped earnings, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, 4 weeks of paid training at $1,000/week, and additional allowances. This is a high-earning, field-based role centered on closing deals with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged.
• Willingness to drive 100 miles per day.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfort working in a commission-based role.
• Strong ability to close deals on the spot.
• Proficiency with an iPad.
• Must pass a background screening.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
