TIMEPROOFUSA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to educate homeowners on roofing solutions and close projects in-home. You will handle pre-set appointments, deliver same-day estimates, and work with a manager for coaching and growth.

Expected earnings include uncapped commissions with monthly bonuses, plus a 4-week paid training and allowances for car, cell phone, and company iPad. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Outside Sales Representative role requires ability to close deals during in-home consultations.
• Must be able to navigate objections and build trust with homeowners.
• Ability to drive long distances and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling.
• Conduct roofing consultations, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with Sales Manager for coaching, joint appointments, and skill development.
