Company offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus, uncapped earnings with a 100% commission W-2 structure, and strong earning potential with a target range of $150k–$320k+ per year, plus training and allowances.

Qualifications

• Resilience and ability to handle rejection without discouragement.
• Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
• Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners - no cold calling or lead generation required.
• Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
