Qualifications

• Requires resilience and ability to handle rejection.
• Willingness to drive up to 100 miles daily.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with a commission-based role.
• Strong ability to close deals on the spot.
• Proficiency using an iPad for presentations and demos.
• Submit to a background screening and verification.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling.
• Conduct roofing consultations, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
• Partner with Sales Manager for coaching, joint appointments, and skill development.
