Job summary

GreenCal Construction is seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to oversee field operations, supervise crews, and ensure high-quality workmanship on roofing projects across our eco-friendly home improvement focus. This role requires fluent Spanish and English, strong waterproofing expertise, and proven leadership.

You will travel between job sites, maintain safety standards, and report progress to upper management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish & English; able to communicate with crews and clients.
• Extensive waterproofing knowledge (roofing underlayment, flashing, coatings, leak prevention).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience managing teams.
• Ability to work long hours and handle fast-paced job sites.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.
• Minimum 5 years of roofing experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience with Owens Corning, GAF, or similar roofing systems

• OSHA 30 Certification or other relevant safety training.
