• OSHA 10 or 30 certification and a valid driver's license; travel to active sites.
• Experience coordinating crews, materials, and equipment across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily field operations, assigning crews and foremen to projects to maximize efficiency and meet critical production milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that installations align with technical specifications, manufacturer requirements, and project plans.
• Champion a culture of safety by enforcing OSHA standards, conducting hazard analyses, and ensuring consistent PPE compliance.
• Manage the logistical flow of materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources to prevent project delays.
• Collaborate with project management teams to refine schedules, monitor budgets, and resolve field-level challenges.
• Mentor crew leaders to improve technical installation skills, leadership capabilities, and overall team accountability.
• Serve as the primary field contact for general contractors and clients to ensure clear communication and project satisfaction.
