Rogers Roofing powered by Victors Home Solutions in Joliet, IL is seeking an Installation Manager to lead roofing projects, supervise crews, and align sales with production for on-time delivery and superb customer service.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, strong customer-service experience, and familiarity with residential roofing. Competitive pay and benefits are offered in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Previous experience in residential roofing is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish.
• Coordinate with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects, escalate as required.
• Oversee crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold standards.
• Work closely with homeowners to provide excellent service.
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees.
