Job summary

JP Carroll Roofing is seeking an Installation Manager to lead residential roofing and exterior construction projects from planning to final completion. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, coordinating crews, materials, and permits while maintaining strong customer communications.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in roofing/construction, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with ServiceTitan and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction industry with roofing and siding installations.
• Residential roofing experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.
• Ability to travel throughout New England.
• Proficiency in CRM systems like ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential roofing and exterior installation projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and permits to ensure projects are installation-ready.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle and provide updates.
