Job summary

MHI Roofing, powered by Victors Home Solutions, is seeking an Installation Manager to lead field operations in Smithfield/Morgantown. You will supervise multiple projects daily and coordinate with sales and production to deliver high-quality installations for our customers.

Qualifications

Valid driver''s license (required)
Experience in a customer service role
Residential roofing experience preferred
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish
Coordinate with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs
Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and escalate
Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure timely completion
Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards
Work closely with homeowners to provide excellent customer service
Review and approve payroll for hourly employees
