Victors Home Solutions, powered by MHI Roofing, is seeking an Installation Manager to lead residential roofing projects with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will supervise crews, coordinate with sales and production, and ensure timely, high-quality installations that meet our standards.

This role offers a competitive salary and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of employment, reflecting the company’s commitment to team success and growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Residential roofing experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish.
• Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and escape as required.
• Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely.
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards.
• Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service.
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees.
