MHI Roofing powered by Victors Home Solutions is seeking an Installation Manager in Pittsburgh to supervise multiple roofing projects from start to finish and ensure exceptional customer service.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, customer service experience, and the ability to manage crews and deadlines, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service role.
• Previous experience in residential roofing (preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish.
• Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs.
• Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and elevate as required.
• Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely.
• Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards.
• Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service.
• Review and approve payroll for hourly employees.
