Job summary

VALCOURT EXTERIOR BUILDING SERVICES OF GEORGIA LLC is seeking a Roofing General Manager in the Atlanta area to lead and direct all branch operations. The role oversees staff, budgets, client relations, and strategic growth initiatives to hit sales targets.

The candidate should have extensive experience in construction services, strong leadership, and financial acumen, with a hands-on management style to drive productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction or related industry experience.
• An undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or relevant discipline; MBA preferred.
• Must be able to obtain or already hold TX contractor’s license within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic business development plan for a region.
• Oversee all facets of project management—estimating, pre-construction, scheduling, safety and field staffing.
• Direct the division’s financial operations including forecasting, budgeting, billing, payables, and receivables.
