ALPHA OMEGA CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC in Greenville, SC is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee subcontracted labor crews performing new roofing, siding, and gutter installations. You will receive daily schedules, assign jobs, and serve as the main contact for builders and crews.

Responsibilities include recruiting labor crews, coordinating materials, inspecting quality and safety, communicating changes to builders, and enforcing OSHA safety rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry are required.
• 2+ years of roofing or siding experience are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit labor crews (subcontractors), assign daily installation jobs, ensure that all installs and repairs are completed per scheduled plan, and approve subcontractor invoices for assigned crews.
• Interpret job orders to determine work type and material needs, coordinate material drop-offs/pickups, and verify material order accuracy.
• Perform daily site walks, inspecting quality and safety, and recommend measures to improve production and quality of work.
• Maintain constant communication with builders providing updates of any changes.
• Work with scheduling and warehouse to monitor material usage and address shortages.
• Establish or adjust procedures to meet production schedules.
• Serve as liaison between crews and builders for daily installs.
• Enforce OSHA safety regulations and stay updated on industry standards.
