Job summary

ALPHA OMEGA CONSTRUCTION GROUP INC is seeking a Field Supervisor for Gutters & Metal to oversee metal roofing and gutter subcontractor crews in Myrtle Beach. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure quality, and maintain strong relationships with crews and builders on site.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong leadership, and the ability to work under pressure while upholding safety standards and company guidelines. Previous roofing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple subcontractor crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractor crews for metal roofing and gutter installations and repairs.
• Maintain relationships with crews to ensure quality and retention.
• Communicate updates with builders and stakeholders.
• Perform pre- and post-inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Enforce safety regulations with daily site inspections.
• Monitor material usage with scheduling and warehouse teams.
• Operate job site equipment as needed.
• Ensure documentation is completed for each job.
• Suggest improvements to production methods and equipment.
