Job summary

You will work in both field and office settings, assisting with material logistics, quality control, and safety checks.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-starter with ability to quickly learn construction processes.
• Able to work in both field and office settings.
• Clean driving record with no major infractions within last 3 years.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor by coordinating activities for roofing and siding projects and maintenance.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking production.
• Run errands and assist with supply pick-up and drop-off.
• Help warehouse with packing and loading crew materials.
• Assist with pre/post and safety inspections and documentation with photos.
• Collaborate with Field Supervisor to learn construction management
• May operate equipment such as forklifts or company trucks.
