Qualifications

• 2+ years of roofing or siding experience is preferred.
• Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people and projects.
• Clean driving record with no accidents or major infractions within past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of subcontracted labor crews.
• Ensure all installs and repairs are completed per assigned schedule.
• Perform daily walkthroughs of assigned subdivisions.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) desired

Ability to prioritize work

Thorough understanding of shingle roofing

Education

High School Diploma

2-5 years of experience in construction

Bachelor's degree preferred
