Job summary

CentiMark Corporation seeks a Roofing Service Field Supervisor to lead multiple service crews and ensure projects run safely and efficiently. You will oversee pre-job and post-job inspections, plan labor needs, and maintain clear daily communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring extensive roofing experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate material orders with the warehouse.

Qualifications

• 5 years roofing/construction sales experience
• 3 years of customer service experience
• Valid State driver's license in good standing
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, FOAM, METAL, ACRYLIC, TPO and/or SHINGLES
• Excellent communication and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple service crews

• Planning jobs for labor crews
