Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, a national leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, is seeking a Production Field Supervisor (Roofing) for the Charleston, WV area to lead field crews and ensure project execution.

You will supervise multiple crews, perform pre- and post-job inspections, plan labor, set up safe job sites, maintain daily customer communications, and coordinate with the warehouse on materials.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of roofing procedures and safety.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
• A valid state driver’s license required.
• 3+ years supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction.
• Experience with TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic and Coating Systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production/service crews.
• Responsible for pre-job & post-job inspections.
• Plan jobs for labor crews.
• Set up and maintain a safe job site.
• Daily communications with the customer.
• Plan and execute a successful project.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering materials for projects.
