Qualifications

• Must understand roofing procedures and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership and organizational skills.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing is required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in roofing or construction.
• Experience with roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, and coatings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple production/service crews.
• Perform pre-job and post-job inspections.
• Plan jobs for labor crews.
• Set up and maintain safe job sites.
• Maintain daily communications with customers.
• Plan and execute projects successfully.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager on materials.
