Job summary

All American Exterior Solutions, Inc. seeks a full-time supervisor to assist the Director of Field Operations in overseeing commercial roofing installations throughout the Chicagoland area.

You will monitor daily activities, ensure shop drawing adherence, and participate in pre-construction and progress meetings. You’ll coordinate with foremen, perform QA walks, and develop safety plans for site-specific operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form.
• Proficiency with Windows-based operating system and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and using hoists.
• Valid driver's license for local travel.
• OSHA certification required or equivalent.
• Experience coordinating teams and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily activities and compile reports on progress, compliance and obstacles.
• Confirm adherence to approved shop drawings.
• Attend pre-construction and progress meetings and other project or staff meetings.
• Work with foremen to determine solutions conforming to manufacturer requirements.
• QA/pre-punch list walks with follow-up reports and tracking.
• Develop and write work orders with proper material lists.
• Coordinate onsite deliveries with suppliers and general contractor.
• Use tools and equipment onsite in proper working condition.
• Develop and update site-specific safety plans as needed.
