ServiceMaster DSI in Chicago is seeking a Roofing and Exterior Project Manager to oversee day-to-day exterior restoration projects, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with carrier and TPA requirements. You will coordinate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality work on schedule.

The role emphasizes estimating support, documentation, cost tracking, and profitability, with opportunities for advancement and a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced recovery setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college coursework in construction management is preferred.
• Experience in exterior construction, roofing, or insurance restoration is required.
• HAAG certification or equivalent training is a plus.
• Strong documentation and estimating knowledge to support exterior projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage exterior restoration projects from assignment through completion.
• Ensure compliance with carrier and TPA documentation and requirements.
• Prepare and review exterior estimates for scope, price, and defensibility.
• Source, vet, and manage subcontractors across roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and related work.
• Schedule and monitor subcontractor performance for quality, safety, and timeliness.
• Track job costs and report margin concerns to the GM Exterior Restoration.
• Act as primary contact for customers on assigned projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handoffs between interior and exterior work.
• Maintain documentation and quality control per company standards.
• Comply with all company policies and safety regulations.
