Job summary

Alliance Exterior Construction is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and manage all phases of roofing projects, from award to completion. You will coordinate teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule using industry best practices.

The ideal candidate brings deep roofing knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality craftsmanship across multiple sites in the Baltimore area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management.
• Experience reading blueprints, technical specs, and job-site plans.
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare contracts, submittals, change orders, RFIs, and closeout packages; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and resolve field issues.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and schedules for seamless execution.
• Review specifications, drawings, and scopes of work; track and report progress and profitability.
• Manage multiple projects across various locations concurrently.
• Assist in estimation and bidding as needed.
