Job summary

Aspen Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Consultant (Outside Sales) to drive roofing and exterior restoration sales in the Kansas City area from our Lee’s Summit, MO office. You will identify opportunities, earn homeowners’ trust, and convert inspections into profitable projects.

Qualifications

• Must have roofing or exterior restoration sales experience.
• Experience with residential roofing sales preferred.
• Must be able to travel locally.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet and company-provided technology.
• Must be able to reliably commute to the Lee’s Summit, MO reporting office for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing and exterior restoration needs.
• Conduct property inspections and identify project opportunities.
• Build customer relationships and establish trust throughout the sales process.
• Present roofing and exterior restoration solutions based on customer needs.
• Explain project recommendations and next steps clearly and professionally.
• Manage customer relationships from initial appointment through project completion.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Follow up consistently and move opportunities toward closing.
