Job summary

Aspen Contracting, Inc is seeking a Sales Representative in the Kansas City market. You will meet homeowners, identify exterior restoration needs, perform professional inspections, and guide them through the restoration process from start to finish.

No roofing experience required; training provided. This is a full-time W-2 role with weekly pay, uncapped commissions, paid training, and solid career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with homeowners throughout your assigned territory.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood outreach, and customer engagement.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company training and technology.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Office: 118 – Kansas City Market. Report to office: 4141 NE Lakewood Way, Lee's Summit, MO 64064. Hiring throughout the Greater Kansas City area, including communities across western Missouri and eastern Kansas. This position services the Kansas City market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Lee's Summit office.
