Job summary

A&W Roofing and Exteriors is seeking a motivated estimator to drive customer reviews, develop a sales pipeline, and manage end-to-end roofing projects on-site. You will build and maintain customer relationships, oversee material needs and change orders, and ensure smooth project completion.

Prior sales exposure helps, but initiative and professionalism are key. The role emphasizes on-site activity, collaboration with team members, and adherence to safety and quality standards, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• 1-2 years experience in sales preferred but not required.
• Professional attitude & appearance.
• Must be able to carry a 2 story ladder.
• Must be able to climb on and off roofs.

Responsibilities

• Actively drive 5-star reviews from customers.
• Develop potential customer pipeline through marketing activities (door knocking, realtors or insurance offices, networking).
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Manage pipeline in company CRM from lead to invoiced.
• Assist office administrator in collecting deposits and final payments.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets within schedule.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
• Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
• Continuously improve through feedback.
• Oversee roof installations on site, ensuring materials are available, documenting events, creating change orders, completing final walkthroughs with customers, and ensuring cleanup.
