Exterior Construction Restoration – Full-Time

TJR Construction LLC is seeking skilled Exterior Tradesmen to join our team. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters and exterior trim. We are only looking for highly skilled individuals that care about quality!

This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation based on your experience and proven skill level.

Position Details:

• Focused on repairs for Roofing, Vinyl and Wood Siding, Flashing details.
• Small Metal Roof installs and oversee larger roof, siding projects for detail work
• Fascia, soffit and ventilation solution diagnosis and installs
• Centralized office above Hartford. We service all of CT, MA, and RI

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience (exterior strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of Roofing (Asphalt and Metal) 5+ years
• General Exterior remodeling knowledge
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs and comfortably work at heights.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• 10 hour days are not unheard of. They can be typical during the spring, summer and fall
• Able to be in charge of a projects, but willingness to take direction, and a strong team mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Safety, thoroughness and customer satisfaction is key. Complete all assigned work in a professional and timely manner while protecting the customer's property.
• Assist with daily reporting on company crm.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every project.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $28.00 – $38.00 per hour (based on experience and skill level).

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Occasional longer days as project needs require.
• Saturdays are optional
