Job summary

Tremco is seeking a QA Technical Service Rep to ensure timely delivery of quality assurance services for Tremco's installed roofing systems within the region. The role focuses on leading patch/repair work, estimating materials, and documenting work to assure customer satisfaction.

The position requires strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to travel as needed. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included, with potential for ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Roofing patch and repair experience.
• Knowledge of basic tools used in commercial roofing.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining quality control.
• Proficient computer skills.
• OSHA safety knowledge and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to manage expenses.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building.
• Able to climb ladders to access roofs and lift tools up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.
• Read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.).
• Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair.
• Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
• Conduct and foster professional and timely communication with customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided.
• Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the QA Assurance Group.
