Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a QA Technical Service Representative to oversee quality assurance for roofing systems and related services in the region. The role requires leading patch/repair work, performing inspections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks
• Prior roofing experience including patch and repair skills
• Knowledge of basic tools for commercial roofing
• Knowledge and experience monitoring and maintaining Quality Control
• Functional computer skills
• Safety training and OSHA knowledge
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Must have transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead technician performing roof patch and repair
• Estimate material and labor quantities
• Perform job site inspections for QA
• Document work accurately for customer satisfaction
• Communicate with customers, sales reps, and staff
• Demonstrate knowledge of all services provided
• Travel as needed and coordinate with field staff
