Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to educate crews on product use and installation, oversee large self-performed roofing projects, and perform inspections from start to finish.

You will conduct regular job-site visits, provide training in field and shop settings, and ensure nationwide consistency through proper roof repairs and material application. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong roofing or building science mechanical aptitude.
• Prior experience in a field service leadership role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate personnel on proper product use and installation, including training.
• Oversee self-performed roofing projects from start to finish and conduct inspections.
• Attend pre-cons on large projects and provide direction or corrective advice as needed.
• Travel predominantly within assigned territory and nationally when required.
• Complete daily reports, safety audits, and QC inspections.
