Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group is seeking a Quality Support Specialist to educate field teams on the proper use and application of roof coatings and materials. You will supervise large self-performed projects from start to finish, conducting inspections and providing installation training on and off the roof to ensure nationwide consistency.

The role includes pre- and post-project inspections, safety audits, and written reports.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 training is required.
• Strong roofing or building science knowledge.
• Experience in field service leadership.
• Practical knowledge of product applications and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Educate personnel on product use and installation; provide on-site training.
• Oversee self-performed roofing projects from start to finish.
• Perform pre-, during-, and post-project inspections and generate reports.
• Travel regionally and nationally; submit expense reports promptly.
