Position Details

• Position Title: Busser
• Department: Wrigley Rooftops
• Pay Range: $16.60/hr + Tip Pool
• Location: Wrigley Field, Chicago, IL

This seasonal position is based around Chicago Cubs home games and special events at Wrigley Field. The role involves setting and clearing restaurant tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting food servers with table service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards of workstation and guest areas.
• Stocking food service areas and coolers in accordance with Levy standards.
• Providing exceptional customer service.
• Removing garbage & recycling throughout the day.
• Assisting coworkers as needed.
• Performing any other task assigned by leadership; subject to manager's discretion.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Climb up and down up to 7 flights of stairs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work indoors and outdoors.
• Engage with guests in a personable and friendly manner.
• Work as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Valid ServSafe Food Handlers Certification.
• Available to work all Cubs home games.
