Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Romanian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-growing FitBit team. This is a fully remote role based in Bulgaria with relocation support.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, while undergoing comprehensive paid training to ensure excellent service. Strong English is required and your Romanian proficiency must be clearly stated in your CV or cover letter.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 Romanian proficiency, written and verbal.
• High level of English.
• You must have an EU passport or Bulgarian work permit.
• You must be willing to relocate to Bulgaria.
